Refund Policy — Black T Factory

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

When you book Black T Factory for your event, we immediately begin custom work specifically for you. We order your blanks, print your custom transfers, and reserve our truck for your date. Once that work begins, those costs cannot be recovered.

BOOKING DEADLINES

Events must be booked at least 7 days before the event date

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking

The remaining 50% balance is due day-of-event before service begins

CANCELLATION REFUNDS

Cancellations made 10 or more days before your event date: deposit is refundable, less a $50 administrative fee

Cancellations made fewer than 10 days before your event date: deposit is non-refundable, no exceptions for change of mind, change of plans, lower attendance, or other reasons within your control

Bookings made within 10 days of the event: deposit is non-refundable from the moment of booking because there is no cancellation window

EXCEPTIONS — FULL REFUND OF ALL MONIES PAID

The following circumstances qualify for a full refund regardless of cancellation timing, with documentation:

Natural disaster declared by federal, state, or local authorities affecting the event location

Severe weather event making travel or the event unsafe (NWS warning required)

Death of immediate family member (death certificate required)

Hospitalization of immediate family member or the event host (medical records required)

Other emergency at our discretion, evaluated case-by-case

ABOUT YOUR CUSTOM ITEMS

Once your booking is confirmed, we order all blanks and pre-print all custom transfers immediately. Items are subject to availability from our suppliers. If a specific blank goes out of stock between booking and your event, we'll notify you and offer an equivalent substitute or full refund of that line item. All items ordered for your event are yours and remain yours regardless of cancellation — if you cancel within the refund window, we'll arrange shipment of pre-paid items at your cost.
